I’m switching things up this morning and not juicing it. Instead my morning breakfast is oatmeal with blue berries, cranberries, nuts and bananas.
I’m struggling with my morning breakfast. Morning smoothie ( berries, cucumbers, apples, strawberries, bananas and soy milk) with a wheat bagel and then my morning workout. I’m thinking of going back to my morning oatmeal and maybe do my smoothies once a week?
Not sure at the moment.
I gave up coffee two months ago and started making smoothies in the morning as my substitution for coffee.
